Too bad the following must be a National Venture Capital Association mass email.
I must say, though, its receipt brought a smile to my face. According to Wikipedia, “Midas was known for being a hedonist, [sic] and an excellent rose gardener…” which explains succinctly why the venture capital “rankings” are labeled as such. Actually, we’re not all hedonists, but the thorny gardens of venture sure take careful tending.

I couldn’t help but think about the ideation process entrepreneurs traverse. And oftentimes before breakfast.
